Frankfurt-Short-Bruza Associates, P.C. v. John Bernard Semtner, et al.

On March 11, 2025, Frankfurt-Short-Bruza Associates, P.C. sued John Bernard Semtner, Isaac Hines, Tradesman Architectural Studios PLLC, and twenty other defendants in the Western District of Oklahoma for copyright infringement, violation of the Digital Millenium Copyright Act, and related state law claims for tortious business interference, breach of contract, and civil conspiracy. A copy of the Complaint is available here. Semtner and Hines were former employees of FSB and had direct access to all relevant architectural works prior to leaving FSB.
