As a registered patent attorney with an LL.M. in agricultural law, he focuses on protecting agricultural seed technology. He works with universities and international companies to ensure intellectual property protection, and he has handled over 100 cases related to the Plant Variety Protection Act, showing his dedication to protecting plant breeders' rights. Mark has also taught agricultural biotechnology law in the LL.M. program at the University of Arkansas School of Law.
